Effective January 1, 2008, Lighthouse Property Management, Inc. has taken over the management of our community. This includes, but is not limited to:

Enforcing Deed Restrictions & Covenants.
Maintenance and upkeep of common areas and lake.
Approving any structural additions or changes.
